By accessing the Discover Hidden Morocco website or booking any private tour, desert expedition, cultural excursion, or luxury transfer service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our booking policies. These terms constitute a transparent agreement between you ("the Traveler") and Discover Hidden Morocco (Licence n° CIMR-2024-MRK-002041, Marrakech).
2. Booking & Tailor-Made Services
Discover Hidden Morocco specializes in 100% private, tailor-made itineraries across the Kingdom of Morocco. All route proposals, hand-picked riad selections, desert camp categories, and final pricing are mutually agreed upon in writing prior to departure. Minimum participant requirements (such as 2 participants for select private desert circuits) are clearly specified in your personalized quotation.
3. Payment & Cancellation Policy
To secure luxury riads, private 4x4 vehicles, and licensed multilingual guides, bookings follow a clear and fair reservation schedule:

Travel Insurance: We strongly advise all travelers to purchase comprehensive international travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical assistance, repatriation, and personal luggage.
4. Itinerary Adjustments & Weather Conditions
While we make every effort to execute agreed itineraries seamlessly, occasional local weather conditions (such as High Atlas mountain snow or seasonal Sahara windstorms) or unexpected road works may require route adjustments. Our experienced local drivers and guides reserve the right to adapt schedules in the interest of traveler safety, comfort, and quality of experience.
5. Health, Passports & Visas
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they carry a valid passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond the planned departure date from Morocco) and any applicable visa required for entry. Please inform our concierge team in advance of any dietary requirements, allergies, or mobility considerations so we can tailor every stop accordingly.
6. Intellectual Property
All content published on this website — including editorial articles, photography, brand emblems, custom tour builder workflows, and interactive maps — is the exclusive property of Discover Hidden Morocco and is protected under Moroccan and international copyright laws.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or our travel services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
