2. Booking & Tailor-Made Services
Discover Hidden Morocco specializes in 100% private, tailor-made itineraries. Booking confirmations, custom itineraries, and final pricing are agreed upon prior to departure. Minimum participant requirements (e.g. 2 participants for certain itineraries) may apply as specified during booking.
3. Payment & Cancellation Policy
- Deposit: A deposit or full confirmation via WhatsApp/Email is required to lock in vehicle, guide, and riad reservations.
- Cancellations 7+ Days Prior: Eligible for a full refund of deposit payments.
- Cancellations Within 48 Hours: Non-refundable due to pre-paid riad and driver commitments.
- Travel Insurance: We strongly advise all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and luggage.
4. Itinerary Adjustments & Weather
While we make every effort to execute agreed itineraries seamlessly, local weather conditions (such as mountain snow or desert sandstorms) or unexpected road closures may require adjustments. Our local experts reserve the right to modify routes in the interest of traveler safety and comfort.
5. Health, Passports & Visas
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess a valid passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates) and any required Moroccan visas. Please inform us in advance of any mobility limits, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including photography, text, branding, graphics, and custom tour wizard workflows—is the property of Discover Hidden Morocco and protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
